The Where is Iris Crum? Coalition is a united front of concerned individuals, family members, advocacy organizations, and community leaders demanding urgent action to locate Iris Crum and to end the criminalization of her mother, Khaila Crum.

Iris Crum, a beloved daughter, sister, and grandchild, is missing after being involved that motor vehicle accident that killed her father. Instead of prioritizing the search for Iris, law enforcement has unjustly targeted and criminalized her mother, Khaila, further compounding the harm and injustice. This systemic mistreatment reflects a broader pattern of neglect and criminalization faced by Black women and their families. We refuse to let this stand.
Our Demands

A Full Investigation
Authorities must immediately prioritize the search for Iris Crum, allocate all necessary resources, and provide transparent updates to the public and her family.

Return Iris Crum to her Mother!
Immediate Enforcement of California Family Code §3010
The legal right of Khaila Wilks as the sole surviving parent must be upheld immediately and all court rulings based on fraudulent filings must be vacated.

Justice for Khaila
The wrongful child abduction charges must be dropped immediately, as they are based on fraudulent legal filings and a clear due process violation.

A Full Investigation
A formal inquiry into perjury (Penal Code §118), fraud upon the court (Penal Code §§132 & 134), and conspiracy to violate due process committed by Nancy Wilson and her clients, the Crum family.

Hold the Crums Accountable
The Crum family must be held accountable for filing false claims, weaponizing the legal system to separate a child from her rightful parent.
